Reverse Osmosis Plants ( RO )

MACT ENGINEERS have three types of Reverse Osmosis system.

  1. Domestic RO Plants
  2. Institutional RO Plants
  3. Industry Process RO Plants.

Effluent Treatment Plants ( ETP )

Effluent water treatment covers the mechanisms and processes used for waste water treatment that have been contaminated in some way by anthropogenic industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environment or its re-use. Its objective is to produce an environmentally safe fluid waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal or reuse (usually as farm fertilizer).

So this treatment of waste water i.e. untreated effluent is turned into Treated Effluent with the help of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) sometimes it is also called as Sewage treatment Plant (STP). Clean water then is safely discharge into Environment.

Sewage Water Treatment Plants (STP)

Our Sewage water treatment systems provide effective solutions to sewage odor control, BOD reduction, aeration, clarification, phosphorous and nitrogen removal and more.

Our process experts work with the design team to learn the various factors that contribute to a plant’s design, including effluent requirements, land availability, energy, labor and disposal costs.

We then apply our extensive process knowledge and product expertise, analyzing the efficiency of each process, their interaction with other components, while optimizing the overall efficiency of the entire system from start to finish.

MACT ENGINEER’S good practice guide deals with improving the performance of effluent treatment plant to reduce operating costs and reduce environmental pollution. Most companies operate effluent treatment plants to reduce the potential for pollution of receiving waters and to comply with discharge consent conditions. Effective management and control of the processes used for effluent treatment will help you to:

• Reduce your operating costs and thus increase profits.
• Achieve more effective compliance with legislation.
• Improve your company’s public image.
